My Own Therapy

Therapeutic practices can change our mental health and overall mood. Seeking another person to solve our problems is a waste of energy as the key to reaching our conclusion is reading this.. now. Meditation is life changing, cliche these days as we hear it everywhere mental health is mentioned but meditation shall take many forms depending on our liking. It’s simple, keep reading.

“Sit down and meditate”… wait.. this again. Reality is we can be meditating and not even know it. When constantly moving in repeated actions, our thoughts tend to wander, slowly drifting into thought. Meditation! Sitting down and practicing a lotus position is there if we want to take our meditation thoughts further. Have time for silence so our thoughts have the ability to drift further into conclusions.

Acknowledging healthy ideas brings positive change to oneself -JayS

Positive self change is a skill we practice as to not seek others to solve our own problems. Nothing good comes within a day, staying consistent is a good practice for big self change. Practicing the same thing over and over can be exhausting but once we find our comfort zone that workout/yoga/practice/meditation becomes second nature, thus transforming ourselves. We can be our own therapists with consistency mixed in a bit of positive thinking.

It may not be therapeutic for one at first, it may seem like a drag at first but with consistent practice we soon find out how something like yoga, cleaning, gardening can be the best therapy we will ever pay for. Our well being and mood doesn’t have to depend on a conversation or someone on the internet telling us what to do. Being content starts with understanding our ideas and with the help of other’s good ideas we choose to follow 👀 besides some plants cost less than therapy.
