Creating thoughtful thinking can be more effective than we think, not a lie we keep telling ourselves, a manifestation that is soon to be. We can think for days if not weeks on how to do something, but if we never build the energy to execute, nothing manifests. We want real life results.

We can picture real life results by picturing the actions we will take, the problem is balancing thoughts with actions which will allow ourselves to experience real life results. A good method is taking a deep breath after deep thinking and while you exhale release all thought patterns and begin to move. Just move. Ideas begin with actions and are created through movement. Where to start?… Anywhere!
Through our movement we form new ideas that are essential for everyday health. Exercises such as yoga along with thoughtful meditation is a powerful tool to equip ourselves with along this journey of life. Think of it as a way to gather up energy with thoughtful practice ready to execute.
Thoughts create our power as long as we are in our balanced state of mind things around us simply seem to come together. Everything might not be perfect and in the right place at this time, within time, surely but peacefully, within time everything shall come together.
