Mental clarity before traveling into a psychedelic journey is the most important thing. Before you pack your bags, take some advice from people such as ourselves who have been in and out the rabbit hole. Personally, I have been on numerous journeys and I believe these tiny pieces of magic help us get through this thing we call life. This can benefit the mind by releasing negative influences we may have subliminally picked up on, the magic is it reaches through the depths far back as our childhood and transforms them with guidance.

Make sure you’re comfortable, it doesn’t have to be perfect, just enough. Your favorite snacks, favorite movies, favorite songs with a nice environment such as bright colors and objects that make you happy, incense works wonders. If you live with others, the best thing to do is let them know you will be taking the day for yourself, no disturbance! Only let the person that makes you feel warm inside know that you’re going into this trip. I suggest practicing mental clarity in meditation before traveling as it will significantly improve your journey.

Hearing of loud ringing in the ears while noise completely disorients and seems to exist is a common happening with a large dose or powerful mushrooms such as penis envy strains which seem to contain the most psilocybin. Don’t be afraid ! Hold on through the ringing/silence/noise and right after we’re through, BAM ! You’re feeling it ! Suddenly we feel the mushroom high where every thought and feeling is sensitive to our mind and the mind of others. We’ll be able to almost feel other people’s feelings/thoughts which is why I suggest we become masterful with our own thoughts through meditation first. You’ll feel when you’re ready.

In this state of mind is where magic happens, everything is happening for you, not to you. Science cannot explain this part because it’s personal with every one of us. A personal journey where we walk through the flames and come out a warrior. What I shared is a little of my experiences/research that happens every time I consume magic.
