Silence! Where is it, where can we find it? Days are filled with noise, running footsteps, motors running, the background sound of the tv and kids screaming at the top of their lungs…. Silence! Such is a place where we create and bring our thoughts together.

How do we create silence in a place where there’s constant noise happening? It’s hard to jump to quick solutions when all we hear is rambling at the side of our ears. Mind Trick – pinpoint your focus on a single object in the room, it could be anything to a dot on the wall, over time our thoughts will begin to do just that and pinpoint unto our utmost important ideas thus bringing a place of silence for our thoughts to form effective ideas, even if the room is filled with noise.
Block out the noise with meditation, it works at more than just our kundalini, it helps build resilience. Meditation is like yoga for our brain, If we don’t constantly practice the brain becomes fragile and easy to fall. There really is an unexplainable magic that happens every time we choose to sit down in silence with our thoughts. From personal experience, the minds noticeably calmer, faster thinking, and stronger willed after practicing meditation for a month.

We can find a quiet place anywhere our minds choose to create it. With practices such as yoga, creating these places of silence becomes seemingly easier and less stressful when surrounded with constant noise. Creating silence at an instance is a super power if we learn how to use it.
