Stimulating Consistent Growth

Staying consistent can bring the best life changing results. We often battle ourselves with procrastination due to wanting to see results from one day to the next. It’s just not realistic. With dedication we can make big mental health changes that will bring upon the results we want even faster.

Quickness or longevity? Anything with quick change never lasts. Quality stems from making sure the details are in place. Notice the results but, don’t let them get you over excited. Over excitement can lead us to believe that the work is done. The work is never done! Focusing on the long run where we can stay consistent is a powerful way to stay stimulated.

The environment in which we choose to work at takes a major role in mind simulation. Keeping thoughts jogging instead of running allows for our minds to remain stimulated throughout the day until it’s time for bed. Over stimulation of the brain (running) usually leads to becoming “gassed out” or out of energy. Consistency requires us to keep the mind engaged with small increments of stimulation as to not “gas out” the mind or become too excited with the feeling of “it’s done”. Self improvement is never done.

Don’t discourage yourself, that’s where we procrastinate. We’re not about to work on something that’s not bringing in real life results. Results can be thought of and used as a mind simulation tool by helping us keep that driving energy that will keep procrastination at bay. Let us keep track of our results but, don’t over simulate the mind to the point where we fool ourselves into thinking the work is done. Quality that lasts will stay consistent.
