Argumental Solutions

Often more than once a day we come across arguments that we must confront. Challenging arguments are similar to the beginning of a fire, we want to keep it low for the sake of not burning the place down, with us included. This fire very well may reassemble anger which we must learn how to manage during our moments of annoyance.

Step back and come back the next day once frustration has kicked in. Words have been spoken now there’s no taking them back, the best thing we can do is leave to gather our thoughts in solitude. The fire is now running lower the next day, it’s the best time to go and continue the conversation as to put out the fire or keep it at bay.

Fires usually begin due to conflicting view points. Change the situation by offering a new angle at the given problem by forming a new idea in which both view points partake in solving the complication. This way the fire is kept at bay since both parties have partaken in solving the situation. See, we all want to be part of the solution.

More often than not, the problem is the figure of authority, the person in charge has one job he/she performs well and that’s to offer solutions to the problem. We all have ideas to contribute to the problem, so if we want our ideas to be taken into consideration we must offer solutions in a way that we merge into others viewpoints instead of offering a completely new idea. This is a real effective strategy as the authority still remains with the same viewpoints mixed with a bit of our perspective.

When the battles arise, don’t add to the burning flame. A fire that has gotten too big tends to destroy everything and die out.
