With mental health, we repeatedly look for an outside source other than ourselves to talk to us out of a bad train of thought. It is growing more difficult in today’s society to feel content in the face of all these challenging difficulties that we must overcome. The best part is, the less we depend on outside sources to solve how we think, the more attentive and masterful we become with our own mental health.
We are never alone, although it’s a virtue to become one’s own therapist. Proper therapy that’s going to be effective is a high expense in today’s economy, it’s more effective to empower ourselves with positive affirmations as well as positive thinking. Constantly practice a positive thinking space by waking up, laying in your bed for a few minutes before getting up and just be thankful for everything that already is, thankful for every little tiny piece of comfort that keeps on accumulating up into a big snowball of positive thinking.

Be nice to us.. we, I mean you. Catch your negative thinking by allowing yourself to freely feel our emotions. Crying, getting angry or better yet, by sitting down with our thoughts we allow ourselves to explore all possibilities of the outcome. We must take time of silence, without a proper space for effective thinking, possible solutions begin to drift away from thought. Meditation builds solutions.
