We often think there is a secret to uncover, some kind of trick or method to being the best we can be, being content, or having it all. This is especially true in competitive environments where the joy of doing what we love turns into a race to the finish line. Stop racing! Unless we know how to win and lose, competition has nothing to offer. The secret we seek is simple and we already know this unconsciously. How do we get to this answer? Meditation which will lead to deep thinking upon one’s self. If we seek the answer, somebody else will just write a version of their own story into our own.
